Return Policy

ArtisticGateConcepts.com guarantees satisfaction and we will refund the purchase price of any in-stock item that the buyer is not 100% satisfied with. We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Buyer must return the item in the same condition that we shipped it in, with return shipping pre-paid. Custom made or special ordered items may not be returned.

In order to return any item, please fill out the form below or call us. You will receive a return confirmation number and instructions. Failure to follow the return instructions will result in additional re-stocking fees.

Shipping Damage
Items damaged during shipping will be refunded in accordance with the shippers refund policy. Please call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) or FedEx at 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339) before opening the package.
